1 · Order
Pay by card online, or email info@askned.ai with the service name and a PO number — NED invoices within one business day.
2 · Book your session
Every service includes a one-hour session with a NED expert, booked when you order. Higher-tier services include more time if needed, offered at the end of the first session.
3 · Provide data room access
Turnaround runs from receipt of access to the materials available. Invite the NED team — to your data room, email files or links to the same addresses, or ask info@askned.ai for a NED-hosted room.
4 · Receive the deliverable
The written deliverable arrives within the published turnaround, followed by your session.

Every service includes a one-hour session with a NED expert; $4,800 services include one more hour if needed, $9,600 services up to three more.
