A First Look is an expert read of your materials plus a live working session with a NED expert. Results are ready within one business day. Every First Look includes a check on FEOC equipment risk and OBBBA beginning-of-construction risk, alongside the other risks that make or break a deal. Per transaction (one project or a portfolio — same price), credited toward a subsequent Red Flag Review.

Two Ways to Start

Invoice Me: share your billing details and a PO number or project reference on the invoice form. NED emails an invoice within one business day — pay by card, ACH, or wire on Net 30. Work starts when your materials arrive, not when payment settles.
