What to expect. Submit the form → NED emails an invoice within one business day, along with the scheduling link for your included feedback session → pay by card, ACH, or wire on Net 30, at your AP team’s pace. Work on the written deliverable begins as soon as materials are shared; we don’t wait for payment to settle to start reading.
Sending materials. Invite the NED team — jon@askned.ai, nolan@askned.ai, meghan@askned.ai, and brian@askned.ai to your data room (Intralinks, Datasite, SharePoint, Google Drive, Dropbox, Box — read-only is fine), email files or links to the same addresses, or ask info@askned.ai for a NED-hosted data room.
Your order is governed by NED’s Service Terms, which include a mutual confidentiality agreement — a separate NDA is not required. Prefer a standalone NDA? get ours on the Documents page → or send yours to info@askned.ai and we’ll sign it.
