An IE Report Review covers one utility-scale project or a portfolio — solar, BESS, solar plus BESS, wind, or fuel cell — and returns a memo on the review, a gap analysis against a typical IE scope of work, and a Q&A log of the open issues we find. Delivered within two business days, with up to two hours of live meeting time, bookable in 1-hour increments. Scheduling at checkout reserves the first hour; the second is yours to book whenever it suits, ideally after the memo lands. The memo is written so it can be lifted into an investment or credit memo for investment committee or credit committee review — findings, materiality, and recommended mitigations, in the form a committee expects.
