A Red Flag Review is a written deliverable from NED, ready within four business days, scoped per project site — a single Review covers one utility-scale project, or up to 20 distributed generation (residential, commercial, or industrial) projects — with a one-hour feedback session plus up to three more hours if needed bookable in 1-hour increments after the deliverable lands. Every Review includes a check on FEOC equipment risk and OBBBA beginning-of-construction risk, alongside the other risks that make or break a deal. Scheduling at checkout reserves the first feedback hour. The memo is written so it can be lifted into an investment or credit memo for investment committee or credit committee review — findings, materiality, and recommended mitigations, in the form a committee expects.
