A note on scope. A First Look covers a single transaction regardless of how many projects sit inside it — one project, a portfolio of fifty, or anything in between is the same $2,500. A Red Flag Review is scoped per project — a portfolio engagement is priced as one Red Flag Review per project. The Red Flag Review’s up to 4 hours of live feedback sessions are scheduled after the one-week written deliverable is in your hands, so the time is spent on questions about the actual findings rather than on scoping.

What We Review in a Red Flag Review

We review whatever material is available for the project. Typical examples include:

Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and offtake contracts
IE reports and independent engineer findings
Energy yield assessments and production estimates (P50/P90)
EPC, O&M, and other operating contracts
Equipment specifications, datasheets, warranties, and manufacturer financials
Interconnection agreements and grid study results
Permits, land control, and environmental assessments
Insurance policies and claims history
Tax credit eligibility documentation and transfer agreements
Construction status, commissioning records, and known defects
Financial models, sources & uses, and term sheets
Hail, wind, and weather exposure analyses

Engagement & Confidentiality

For online purchases, the Service Terms include full confidentiality and AI-tool protections — a separate NDA is not required. If your organization requires a Mutual NDA for advance or separate disclosures, you can download it from the Pricing & Contracting page. All work is performed in a dedicated, isolated project environment; documents are never used to train any AI model and are never shared.
